GDFG fixed partition switch cabinet is a safe, reliable and convenient new type of switch cabinet developed according to the market requirements, absorbing the advantages of complete sets of low-voltage switch cabinets at home and abroad, and adopting the withdrawable or plug-in air switch with superior performance. This series of switchgear adopts independent modular structure design, which is composed of horizontal bus room, vertical bus room, functional unit room and cable room. Steel plates or insulating plates are used to separate and seal the rooms, which can effectively prevent mutual interference of various accidents. It is a new type of product that can be selected for AC power distribution systems in power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises.

Service conditions

◆ Installation location: indoor.

◆ Ambient air temperature: not higher than+55 ℃ , not lower than - 15 ℃ , and the maximum daily temperature difference is 25K.

◆ Humidity: average daily relative humidity ≤ 95%, average monthly relative humidity ≤ 90%.

◆ Altitude: not more than 2000 meters.

◆ Seismic resistance: level 8.

◆ It shall be installed in the field without severe vibration and impact and insufficient to cause corrosion of electrical components.

Structural features

The main frame of the device adopts 8MF/C section steel, and the frame adopts two structural forms of assembly and partial welding. There are mounting module holes E=20mm on the main frame. Each functional room of the device is strictly separated, and its compartment is mainly divided into functional unit room, horizontal bus room, vertical bus room, and cable room. The function of each unit is relatively independent.

In addition, GDFG fully considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different number of ventilation holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot hole, while the cold air constantly enters through the lower slot hole, making the sealed cabinet form a natural ventilation channel from top to bottom to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

The withdrawable circuit breaker and copper busbar are adopted for the power receiving cabinet, contact cabinet and large current feeder cabinet. Considering the diversity of user incoming ways, such as upper incoming line, lower incoming line, side incoming line, etc,

In addition to the existence of the contact cabinet, a bus transfer cabinet with a width of 300mm is specially added. It can be combined with the main cabinet, which can be left or right, flexible and convenient. The feeder cabinet and motor control center are equipped with special cable rooms, which are separated from the functional unit room and the bus room by insulating epoxy plates. The connection between the three rooms is realized by multi-strand copper core cables, adapters and adapter copper bars, which not only improves the reliability of the device, but also greatly facilitates the installation and maintenance of cables by users.

The functional unit is independent into a room, the components are fixed and installed, the air switch is plug-in, and the operating handle is added on the door, which not only retains the advantages of the drawer cabinet, but also overcomes the disadvantages caused by the many middle mechanisms of the drawer cabinet. It is safe to use and convenient to maintain. Each cabinet of the device can be installed with 9 single-module fixed units, each module 200mm high. In order to increase the flexibility of user configuration, the size series of 1.5 units, 2 units and 3 units are also added, and the rated current is below 630A.
