Duty Description:
1. Familiar with products and industry-related standards
2. Responsible for the maintenance of old customers and the development of new customers to expand business volume
3. Responsible for communication and delivery of customer samples
4. Follow up the order delivery process in a timely and effective manner to ensure that the goods meet the order requirements and are shipped in time according to the order delivery date
5. Communicate and accompany customers during customer inspections and factory inspections, and handle related customer matters
6. Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively

1. Be brave in pioneering, have team spirit, and pay attention to teamwork to meet job requirements
2. College degree or above, English level 4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing
3. 2 years or more working experience in foreign trade documentary, preferably in electrical and other industries
4. Proficient in operating office software, proficient in foreign language translation and conversation skills;
