This intelligent integrated substation is a localized American-style box transformer launched by our company. As an important power supply unit in the cable distribution network, it is a complete set of pre-installed products integrating high-voltage control, protection, substation and distribution equipment, which is widely used in urban and rural distribution networks. The product puts high-voltage load switch and high-voltage fuse in transformer oil, and has two structural forms of common box or separate box with transformer body. The oil tank adopts fully sealed structure and is equipped with oil temperature meter, oil level meter, pressure meter, pressure release valve, oil discharge valve and other components to monitor the transformer running condition. The product is divided into ring network type, terminal type and power supply type. In order to make such products more suitable for the actual requirements of China's power grid, the company has also introduced plug-in dry fuse, the fusing of the fuse does not affect the performance of the transformer oil. According to the complexity of low-voltage feeder requirements, this product is divided into standard, reinforced and comprehensive three shell forms, so that users and design units in the selection, to achieve more flexible, more economical.

◆ Shake-roof: Level acceleration ≤ 0.4m/s²，vertical acceleration ≤ 0.15m/s².

◆ Gradient of installation position: ≤ 3° .

◆ Installing environment: ambient air has not been obviously polluted by corrosive or flammable gas, andthere is no strong feeling of shock.
